There is an excellent synergy between G.G.S’s operational philosophy, its teaching-learning system and its amenities. Every single infrastructure element reflects a lot of thought that is ultimately linked to provide high quality technical education in the country.
The institute has its own campus at Talwandi Sabo (Bathinda). The Building has been professionally designed keeping in mind all parameters of a high quality Institutions. The class-rooms in the campus are designed in a manner that each student participant feels comfortable enough to actively contribute his/her best during lecture and workshop sessions.

The institutions firmly believe that instructors, while teaching, must never lose sight of even a single participant. Keeping this in mind, the classrooms are specially designed to provide enough space to instructors to maintain eye contacts. In order to further enrich the teaching-learning process, the classroom has provision for specialized audio-visual aids like overhead projectors, multimedia, videos and audios.
 
In addition, there are tutorial halls where participants meet their instructors in groups and brainstorm over important academic and extra-curricular issues. Other forms of educational delivery systems like interactive sessions, workshops, seminars, leadership exercises, technical games, mock interviews, meeting and role-plays are organized at venues within the campus specially designed for such purposes. For activities like debates, quizzes, guest lectures and workshops, G.G.S. has special infra-structural facilities with modern sound system that use calculated acoustics and are hence highly effective in nature.
The faculty space has been carefully designed keeping in mind that participants are always welcome to interact with there instructor. There is enough area for participants to sit with their instructor, either individually or in groups, and clear their doubts even after class hours. Each faculty member of G.G.S. has access to the internet. Every facility in terms of space and technology is provided to them so that they can give their best to each and every student participant.

Faculty

GGSCET, has got qualified and experienced faculty in all departments, majority of the faculty members are post graduates & Ph.Ds. The faculty members keep themselves abreast with latest technology by continuously scanning through literature in the form of print and electronic media. They are also sent to other institutes to attend workshops and seminars. Attending of ‘Faculty Development Programms / Courses’ by faculty is a regular feature at GGSCET.
Faculty is fully dedicated to teaching /learning process. Faculty ensures that students learn fundamentals and advance topics in depth. Student queries are a welcome to the faculty and same are clarified in details.
Students are welcome to discuss technical points and other problems with the faculty even outside the class room.
